WELCOME TO THE ZOO!!
dearie specially took a off day from his camp to accompany me to the ZOO which i've wanted to go since ages ago .. .. recalling those days whenever dearie sent me home and we drove passed the signboard which says "Zoological Gardens." @ mandai road. i will jus pester dearie and sing him that ZOO song. Now, it's wishes come true!ha-ha ~
upon paying for our entrance fee, we were given this map to start our journey. we decided to use our legs to walk to each destination instead of taking the tram jus in case we'll miss out any animals.

first stop was the siamang which we walked pass the treetops trail. . .as we walk, we've reached the white tiger station.

as we continue walking down, its 11.30am which means, its time for elephants of asia show!!

we happened to see this two cutie animals as we walked pass. . .i've forgotten wat they're called as but arn't they just lovely?!i think they're a couple!!so sweet ~ (^_^* )
dearie was so excited as we headed towards the farm side where the pigs,cows,sheeps,horse etc were... ha-ha !!

this was astonishing when we were in front of the pig's sty, one of the pigs was actually disturbing the 2nd pig which was trying to sleep...as e 2nd pig was being disturbed n awake, both of e pigs headed towards the 3rd pig and disturb it!!in the end?! they ended up squeezing into one, and sleep together as shown in the pic!!

actually it was abit disappointing when we came to realise that the sealion and penguin 's house was under renovation. all i can do was to take this only pic:

not only that, the famous AH MENG Orang Utan which pris told me that she couldnt find it when she came zoo on wednesday with her son...in fact,ah meng's hse was under renovation too!
the African Lion,crocodile,camel or even sunbear. .. . i couldnt catch a sight of them too!! sob - sob *
